These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of primecommerce-llc.com (the "Site") and to digital products sold by PRIMECOMMERCE LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or buying our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products such as printable files, on-screen games and spreadsheet templates. Each product listing describes what is included, the file formats and any requirements (for example a PDF reader, a web browser, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel). Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed and paid through the online marketplace where the product is listed. Prices are shown at checkout. The marketplace processes the payment; we do not receive or store card details.

3. License

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself, your family, your classroom or your own workplace event. You may print as many copies as you need for that use. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or claim the files as your own, in whole or in part.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, text, artwork and templates are owned by PRIMECOMMERCE LLC or used under license, and are protected by copyright. Some artwork is created with the help of AI image tools and then edited and finished by us; this is stated on the product listing.

6. Use of the Site

You may not use the Site in any unlawful way, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation. Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
